# Export and import > Bulk-import creators and video links from CSV or Excel, or connect Google Sheets for two-way sync, then export analytics back out. Source: https://influtics.com/llm/features/export-import.md Influtics does not require you to abandon the spreadsheet your team already works in. Data moves in and out in bulk, through two independent paths: manual file upload, and a live Google Sheets connection. ## Path 1 — CSV / Excel upload Drag and drop a `.csv` or `.xlsx` file, map your columns to Influtics fields, and thousands of influencers, video URLs, or campaign entries start tracking at once. No Google account is involved, which matters for teams whose IT policy does not allow third-party Google OAuth. Typical import shapes: - A list of video URLs from a seeding round - A creator roster with usernames and platforms - A campaign sheet with creator, platform, deliverable and budget columns ## Path 2 — Google Sheets two-way sync Connect a Google account and link a worksheet. From there: - **In:** Influtics reads creators and video links from the connected worksheet and starts tracking them. - **Out:** campaign analytics are written back into a sheet your team can view, filter and edit with the tools they already know. - **Resync:** run it again at any time to pick up rows added since the last sync. The sync is the right choice when a sheet is the team's working surface and people keep adding rows to it. The file upload is the right choice for one-off bulk loads. ## Export Campaign performance exports as CSV, or pushes straight to Google Sheets. Exports carry the same fields as the dashboard — views, likes, comments, engagement, publish date, creator, platform, campaign — so downstream BI or a client's own spreadsheet model can consume them without reshaping. ## Why it matters Manual data collection is the single largest time cost in influencer reporting: opening each platform, copying numbers, pasting into a sheet, repeating weekly. Bulk import removes the setup cost, and automated tracking removes the recurring cost — the sheet keeps filling itself. ## Related - Google Sheets integration: https://influtics.com/llm/integrations/google-sheets.md - REST API: https://influtics.com/llm/integrations/rest-api.md - Page: https://influtics.com/product/export-import
