How to Connect n8n to Influtics

Open your n8n instance and navigate to Settings → Community Nodes. This is where you install community-built extensions like the Influtics node.

Click "Install" and enter the package name `n8n-nodes-influtics`. n8n will download the node from npm and make it available in your workflow editor.

Open your Influtics dashboard and go to Settings → API Keys. Click "Create API key", give it a recognizable name (e.g. "n8n"), and copy the generated key. You'll paste this into n8n in the next step.

Back in n8n, go to Personal → Credentials and create new credentials for Influtics. Paste the API key from the previous step and save.

Click "New Workflow" and then click the `+` button to add a node to the canvas. This opens the node picker where you can search for Influtics.

Search for "Influtics" in the node picker and select the Influtics node. Choose the operation you want — Track Video, Get Stats, Search Trends, or Track Creator.

The Influtics node ships with several operations: • Track Video — start tracking a single video by URL • Get Stats — fetch views, likes, comments, and reposts for a tracked video • Search Trends — discover trending creators and hashtags • Track Creator — start tracking a creator account across platforms For example, add the Track Video node and paste any video URL from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another supported platform. The node will register the video in Influtics and start collecting its stats.

Add a Get Stats node and pass it the ID of a video you have already tracked (or chain it after a Track Video node). It will return current views, likes, comments, and other engagement metrics — use them as inputs to any other n8n node: a Slack message, a Google Sheet, a webhook, an email, etc.
